Vineyard & Winemaking: This Verdejo comes from vineyards planted at seriously high elevations, where daytime sun coaxes ripe fruit while the nights lock in electric acidity. Torres keeps the winemaking refreshingly straightforward: cool fermentation to amplify aromatics, stainless steel to preserve snap and sparkle, and meticulous fruit selection so only the best clusters make it to bottle.
