Vineyard & Winemaking: The Signature is sourced from organically certified vineyards located between Valréas and Vaison-la-Romaine, north of Orange, planted on chalk and clay soils that lend depth and purity of fruit. The 2023 vintage delivered ideal conditions across the southern Rhône — a mild winter, dry spring, and hot August and September allowed for perfect ripening, with harvest beginning August 22nd in excellent shape. The Perrin philosophy throughout is vineyard-first: organic farming for over 40 years at Beaucastel informed the approach here, with minimal intervention in the cellar preserving what the land naturally produces.

Tasting Notes: The 2023 Signature opens with a fragrant nose of ripe red berries, black cherry, garrigue, and a whisper of spice — classic southern Rhône aromatics delivered with real freshness.
